Probably the most spectacular mountain range in the world, the Himalayas are home to an astounding variety of landscapes. From dense, throbbing forests where daylight barely enters, to beautiful rivers and waterfalls that waltz their way through the mountains, to sublime high altitude meadows and surreal glacial lakes to eventually, the world’s tallest summits – the Himalayas have everything.

However, beyond their spectacular landscapes, the Himalayas are also a visual space that portrays a kaleidoscope of human emotions. From inspired flights of fancy to the essence of existence melting drip by drip into the flow of subconscious life, the illusions and dreams that weave our lives lead us to a luminous emptiness. From this emptiness a wish emerges. The wish to seek out our memories and roots and find that the enigma of life is in going beyond our loneliness and embracing our coexistence.
